Math visuals give students the foundation to make connections for MEANINGFUL LEARNING.

I'm crazy about MATH and helping kids find the tools to thrive in their own math learning!  After two years of teaching 4th grade math, and seeing even advanced students with missing building blocks, I had a desire to be part of building an early foundation for math learning.  As a 1st grade math teacher I use visuals, number talks, number strings, hands-on games and activities, low floor high ceiling daily routines and productive struggle tasks to engage my students in meaningful learning that they have both the tools and confidence to tackle.  Join me in giving kids the foundations they need to succeed in Math!
